About Yogi Hendlin

Yogi Hale Hendlin is an environmental philosopher currently working on public health policy as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California, San Francisco. His work in plant philosophy and interspecies communication has been supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Austrian National Science Foundation. Currently, he’s working on a book unravelling the gordian knot of parasitology, and a monograph titled Interspecies Politics: Valuing Difference in the Biotic Community.
