About Claudia Paetzold and Michael Marder

Claudia Paetzold is a graduate of the Sorbonne, Harvard and Christie's Education, born in Germany and currently based between Paris and Athens. Her curatorial practice focuses on art as a portal for awareness and evolution. One of her current projects, Fire Forest, implements a fire resilient forest as a community project with artists entering into resonance with the regeneration of the fabric of life. Michael Marder is Ikerbasque Professor of Philosophy at the University of the Basque Country, Vitoria-Gasteiz. An author of numerous articles and books, he focuses on ecological thought and plant philosophy, political theory, and phenomenology.
