About Robert Diab

Robert Diab is a professor in the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia. He writes about constitutional and digital freedoms, and is the author of The Harbinger Theory: How the Post-911 Emergency Became Permanent and the Case for Reform (Oxford 2015) and Guantanamo North (Fernwood 2008).
