Hilbourne A. Watson, originally from Barbados, is Professor Emeritus of International Relations and International Political Economy at Bucknell University. Among his books are Globalization, Sovereignty, and Citizenship in the Caribbean, and Errol Walton Barrow and the Postwar Transformation of Barbados (2 vols.)
