About Chris Barker

Chris Barker teaches the history of political thought at The American University in Cairo. He is the co-editor of a history of modern popular sovereignty, People Power (Manchester University Press, July 2022), and author of a book on JS Mill's liberalism, Educating Liberty (University of Rochester Press, 2018).
